Continental Divide Trail
The Continental Divide Trail (CDT) travels approximately 3,000 miles between Mexico and Canada along the middle of the United States. The trail crosses through five states New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana.
I am attempting to hike the Continental Divide Trail in 2025. My start date and start location are dependent on several factors, including but not limited to: weather windows in Colorado, and Montana, how fast/slow I hike on the Appalachian Trail, and if I am able to hike the Appalachian Trail straight through, or if I need to flip flop due to weather conditions on the northern parts of the Appalachian Trail.
