Triple Crown of Thru Hiking

The Triple Crown of thru-hiking consists of the three big National Scenic Trails in the United States: The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT); The Continental Divide Trail (CDT) and The Appalachian Trail (AT).

I completed the PCT in 2023 as my first thru-hike. In 2025 I completed both the AT and CDT to finish my triple crown.

Across the 3 trails I hiked a total of 7,550 miles through 22 states.
